What a week this is going to be. Both our boys now have baseball games. Two for SJ this week and 3 for our oldest. Plus I have two days completely full of other activities. Add in teacher appreciation week which means coming up with 5 small gifts and I am not sure if I will have time to get much else accomplished this week. Just hoping for some nice warmer weather to go along with all this busy activity. We shall see.
Monday: Goulash
Tuesday: Spaghetti and garlic bread
Wednesday: Chicken Chimi's
Thursday: Salads with grilled chicken and lots of fixings
Friday: Burgers and fries
Saturday: Taking H and his girlfriend out for an early birthday dinner. Little ones will get something frozen, I will let them chose
Sunday: H's choice. It is his 16th birthday! So instead of celebrating mother's day we are celebrating his birthday. But really, how better to celebrate mother's day? 16 years ago I became a mother to a very wonderful young man. So really, I can celebrate too. I always let the birthday person chose their dinner. I am not sure what H will decide on yet.....I did tell him that I needed to know soon so I can plan accordingly (as in run to the store!)
So there you have it, our dinner's for the week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday are game days this week. Just a few weeks of double games and then the high school's season will be done. Where has the spring gone?
Thanks for stopping by and visiting me here on the hill.
