Where in the world did April go? I cannot believe today is the last day of the month. I am hoping May brings some warmer temps back because April sure was cold for us. So far the forecast for this week looks good, other than chances for rain each day. But I'll take the warm temperatures.
My menu for the week is looking forward to the warmer temps too. I am ready to make a change in our menu towards more warm weather meals. Fingers crossed!
Monday: Shepherd's Pie
Tuesday: Pork Chops and Pasta Salad
Wednesday: Tuna Noodle Salad and cornbread
Thursday: Brats and Baked Beans
Friday: Pizza
Saturday: Cinco de Mayo-- Tacos
Sunday: Roast Chicken and Potato Salad
We got a new toy this weekend- or maybe I should say my hubby got a new toy this weekend- a new rototiller! Now our garden soil is all worked up, ready for me to go out and pick rocks! I cannot wait till we can plant our garden. I might try planting some radishes in the next week or so. Otherwise we always wait till the end of May. We can still get some hard frosts through May here in Michigan. My tomato and green pepper plants are ready for the ground so hopefully it will start staying warm!
I hope everyone has a great week!! Thanks for visiting with me here on the hill, stop by again soon.
